Group Training Timetables

Did you know that you don't have to spend hours at the gym to get amazing results? In fact studies have shown that shorter, more explosive and high intensity workouts produce much superior results. At 5D we design our group training classes so you can maximise your results the most effective way.

We offer a range of different types of classes that will appeal to anyone! 

All classes at 5D are programmed so anyone can join in. We encourage all participants to know their limit and don't over do it.

Metabolic

These sessions involve major compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, chin ups and anything heavy! The main focus of our Metabolic classes is to develop your strength with controlled big movements. 

Class duration: 30 minutes

 

Bootcamp

Typically Bootcamp sessions are run as circuits and can involve anywhere between 5-10 exercises. Exercises can vary each session however we do focus on movements that can be performed to get that heart rate up quick! 

Class duration: 30 minutes

 

Intervals

Short bursts of intense work followed by short rest breaks. In other words, it's a big HIIT (high intensity interval train) session that improves your cardiovascular fitness. Be prepared to get that heart rate up high by using our cardio equipment as well as any explosive movements.

Class duration: 30 minutes

 

Black Label

You can never prepare yourself for our Black Label sessions. Literally anything goes. They can range from body weight work through to heavy lifting but you will never know until you arrive for the class.

Class duration: 30 minutes - 1 hour

 

Strength

Our strength class is designed to improve your overall strength through big compound movements. A much slower class, our strength class really targets low reps at maximum efforts.

Class duration: 45 minutes

 

5D Fight Club

Each class consists of pad work alternating with heavy bag work and bodyweight/cardio exercises. In the classes you will perform punching combinations and learn techniques for efficiency and speed.

Class duration: 30 minutes

 

Pilates

Consciously controlled exercises designed to target the deep core musculature. Designed to improve core strength and stability. Many of the exercises prescribed in each class help to strengthen often neglected and weak muscles.

Class duration: 30 minutes

 

Core

Similar to pilates, our core class really focuses on building all aspects of your core to help improve results throughout the gym. We recognise how important core activation is to performing larger movements such as squats, deadlifts, and chin ups.
